Enjoy a relaxed supper or a romantic dinner for two, either outside in our tranquil garden beneath the shade of a Pepper Tree, or in one of our two Dining Rooms.

Bloemhof offers a small selection of Biltong, Droewors, Karoo meat packs, Karu Blu spring water, curios gifts and preserves, all of which make for great gifts when returning home.

A visit to our Farm will always involve Roosterkoek, a bread dough cooked over open coals… …delicious!

It is quite an art to get these perfectly right and evenly cooked, turning quickly over hot coals, without burning fingers.

We are gearing up to selling free range Karoo Lamb and Venison from BloemhofKaroo.

Karoo Lamb Pie and Venison Pie, specialities for which we’ve become known, will be on sale from July.

Kudu and Springbok Biltong on sale from our Curio Shop, as well as Droe Wors.

Gift packs containing Martha’s Apricot Jam, Marmalade, Pickled Onions are a winner!
